Support overall developments by creating project briefs considering all client requirements, advice development team on Architectural / Interior design factors, such as layout, space planning and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination. ▪ Creating standardized Unit typologies for Apartments, Town House, stacked townhouses, etc. as well as project-specific Unit types to achieve desired standards of design from the respective consultants on various projects. ▪ Assist in the selection and appointment of ID Consultants. Manage deliverables from the ID Consultants concerning brief and company guidelines
Review and provide opinion and direction on design submissions. ▪ Coordinates projects with different disciplines. ▪ Review and a p p r o v e on sample and material boards, get approvals of design items from stakeholders. ▪ Provide technical input into contractor appointments. ▪ Manage the review of all contractor material and sample submissions and shop drawings. ▪ Monitor quality of off and on-site fabrication. ▪ Liaise with the project team concerning cost and time constraints and solutions ▪ Critical review and comments on various design packages for development projects from the Pre-concept stage to Tender Packages. ▪ Review and answer RFIs.
