We are looking for a skilled and experienced waitress to join our team at Sandy Beach Hotel and Resort in Al Aqah, Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment. They will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
Answer guest queries and provide information on menu items
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
Assist with setting up and clearing tables
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience as a waitress in a similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of menu items and the ability to make recommendations to guests
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English, additional language skills a plus
