Assist in preparing departmental annual budgets and business plans
Assist in negotiating process and suggest JV structures.
Develop and implement plans to source suitable high quality investors for Shurooq’s projects in line with the assigned targets, goals and vision of Shurooq
Checks investment contracts (JV’s, Partnership, New Investment) for commercial terms, covering Shurooq’s interest and make recommendations to line manager
Liaise with internal and external departments, including government entities to facilitate the investment process for committed investments in Shurooq’s projects
Prepare Marketing material necessary to present to investors
Conduct presentations to investors and follow up all leads
Participate in exhibitions/ trade fairs / conferences to showcase Shurooq’s projects and investment opportunities among investors.
Provide information on Shurooq’s projects, Investment opportunities and FDI incentives to potential investors.
Engage high quality investors to maintain interest in current/future Shurooq’s projects
and maintain a database of high profile investors with contact details and sectoral specialisation
Perform any other task assigned by the higher management
