We are an independent Government Entity in the Emirate of Sharjah. To expand our existing team we are looking for a Corporate Performance Manager within our Strategy team.
Develop and implement performance metrics to track progress against key strategic objectives.
Monitor and report on the performance of KPIs to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of KPIs with business objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these areas.
Drive the implementation of initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of KPIs.
Conduct analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure teams are equipped to deliver on KPIs.
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on progress against key KPIs.
