Insurance Claims Coordinator

Review insurance claims submitted by clients and ensure all necessary information and documentation is included.

Process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Follow up with insurance providers and clients to obtain any additional information needed to process claims.

Analyze claims to determine eligibility and ensure claims are paid correctly.

Work closely with clients to answer any questions they may have about the claims filed.

Identify any trends or issues in claims processing and work with the Insurance Claims Manager to develop solutions.

Provide regular reports on claims processing to the Insurance Manager.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to insurance claims processing.
