The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the company website and designing art work for print material as per the business needs while consistently maintaining the brand image and core values of the company. An independent performer with and ability to meet deadline, work closely with critical business stakeholders and manage vendors and partners efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1 Understand the business requirement and translate it to an efficient project plan that will on-time deliver a business efficient and creative deliverable
2 Ability to conceptualize, design, illustrate and represent business information, content and data to achieve desired business objective
3 Design and develop in-house all art work for the print media.
4 Interact and build relation with sales, production and other critical stakeholders to understand the business needs and building creative ideas.
5 Identify the critical skills that are required to be outsourced, plan and coordinate effectively to identify and work closely with quality vendors/freelancers in a cost-effective manner.
6 Manage multiple projects independently in a structured and planned manner.
7 Ensure the business stakeholder briefings and other important records are appropriately documented and maintained at all times.
8 Ability to generate, develop & communicate new creative ideas.
9 Taking ownership of design projects & to independently execute and meet deadlines, communicate constantly with stakeholders, openness to take feedback
and make desired changes to suit the business needs.
10 Strong knowledge and experience of selecting and editing images for websites.
11 Keen interest and passion to regularly maintain and update website and other business information
