CAP / Closure Injection Molding Machine Operator (Husky Machine)
• Responsible for line setup and operates Husky CAP Injection Molding (HyCAP225 4.0)
• To insure 38 mm as 3 start Neck Finish CAP product specification
• Responsible for setup and operates IMD vista Closure Vision Inspection system for 38 mm, 3 start closures
• Responsible for setup and operates Husky Branded Auxiliary Equipment including Resin Drying System, CAP Handling Conveyor, Dehumidification Unit and Additive Dosing Unit.
• Responsible for Mold positioning and alignment, Color changeovers, process recipes, and parameter setup and allied packaging machines troubleshooting machines with maintenance team
• Responsible for additive dosing system, Masterbatches for various colors,
• Observe machine smooth operation to ensure quality and conformity of packages
• Inspect and remove defects in resin and FG Products
• Recording and reporting all parameter, sampling as well recording daily/ batch sizes
• Responsible to assist Team lead Prod / maintenance in shift operation & troubleshooting and relieve other operators and technician during vacations and get max quality product and maintain machines regarding safety and cleaning etc.
• Ensure daily machine cleaning activities and work orders with planners and production supervisors.
• Adhere to approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures, to ensure work is completed out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a world class service.
