• Experience as maintenance team or installation of Hatchery Equipment is a big
Advantage. Equipment from Petersime, Hatchtech, Viscon, Jamesway, Chickmaster etc
for Setters and Hatchers.
• Familiar in maintenance of Motor controls valves, Power panels, PLC Panels, Instrument
Calibration, relay logic and PLC based control circuit.
• Keep track minimal stock level of the recommended spare parts of hatchers & setters.
• Supervise and train team members as necessary.
• Work & troubleshoot experience of the Air handling Units.
• Broad knowledge of water chilling units.
• Experience of MV/ LV panels, powers, and protection relays, DC system, Generator,
Motor cable trays, earthing, Lightning and documented periodic & preventive
maintenance of above equipment.
• Overlooking & perform the entire Preventive maintenance as per the recommended
schedule.
• Keep record the daily checklist of setters & Hatchers.
• Keep track of all ISO documentations. Monthly, quarterly and bi-annual Maintenance
reporting to Team Lead.
• Work experience & troubleshoot experience of chillers. E.g. Bitzer, Trane, Carrier.
• Adjusting or modifying existing programs according to regulations and guide
