The Operations Manager (OM) will be responsible for all day-to-day operational functions, managing the organization’s Human Recourses (HR), Transportation, Finance, Public Relations (PR), Information Technology (IT), Quality Assurance (QA), Continuous Professional Development (CPD), Safety, Logistics and Stores Services.
Holder of this post will be located in the main office and will be responsible for all current and future branches of Florence Home Health Care center.
Reporting to the General Manager and serving as a member of the Executive Management Board
