Production Manager - HDPE & PVC Manufacturing Unit

Overseeing the production process, drawing up production schedule & execution of production planning

Ensuring cost effectiveness

Responsible for extrusion manufacturing, fabrication,mixing,grinding, pelletizing and agglomeration jobs

Responsible to control product weight and scrap

Familiar with ERP systems

To coordinate with departments for on time job closing

Coordinate & implement production procedures as per 9001:2015 QMS requirements.

To introduce methods to increase efficiency and direct the supervisors to achieve stable output

To provide technical support and training, to evaluate the performance of all supervisors/operators/helpers

Responsible for preparing production guideline, production manpower schedule

Coordinate with all the related departments for the timely delivery of the product
