• To produce promotional description for classes.

• To maintain a good relationship with members through regular surveys and questionnaires.

• To provide inductions and information campaign for new members.

• To respond to member’s letters, telephone messages and feedback regarding the classes, instructors and club events.

• To develop an understanding of all departments and their operations.

• To critically appraise teaching standards on a regular basis.

• To communicate effectively with all other departments.

• To attend weekly meetings and training sessions.

• To understand and adhere to the Health and Safety Policies.
