Sales Executive

• Professionally and independently market the organization’s products through various channels and register new clients in accordance with the right sales procedure in order to meet the established objectives and defined KPIs based on the individual plan.

• Actively engage in various events/campaigns in order to produce fresh effective leads and to propose improvements for future events/campaigns.

• Maintain all internal contacts with various departments effectively to guarantee that the pre-sales and after-sales procedures are smooth and finish in a timely manner.

• Maintain professional relationships with potential and registered clients, as well as prospective business multipliers, and communicate with them on a regular basis in order to create a professional image for the organization, expand the base of contacts and prospects, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Perform frequent market research to consistently seek new business possibilities and increase sales in the region.

• Follow up and monitor enquiries and qualified leads to offer insights on lead pipeline and conversion and to assist the company's sales forecast.

• Develop one's own knowledge and skills, as well as stay current on industry standards and best practices, as well as internal policies and procedures, in order to constantly be compliant with all processes and deliver the most accurate and professional information to customers.

• Work with the Customer Experience team to guarantee a seamless onboarding of new general customers.
