Ideally you will have Completion of Technical Secondary Education Certificate followed by three years formal training leading to a diploma in Electrical trades with A minimum of 15 years work experience in oil and gas Electrical equipment maintenance works with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Offshore oil installations, mainly in general maintenance of Electrical systems and Equipment’s and experience is similar position for Maintenance Campaigns.
Supervise Electrical Equipment’s Maintenance activities in Oil and Gas Offshore facility covering UPS, Battery Charger’s, Distribution Boards, Motors, MCC, EDG and Transformers.
Use of modern inspection methods, standards and practices (inspection and supervision techniques).
Good communication and Project Management skills.
Thorough knowledge of offshore safety procedures and related practices.
Thorough knowledge on various hazards associated with O&G equipment
Good knowledge of International Standards & Codes
