the position reports to the Senior QA/QC Manager includes the following responsibilities:
Develop and conduct a variety of tests on inbound materials from vendors and outbound products from suppliers and sub-contractors;
Ensure that all of the quality check procedures put in place by the company are followed;
Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken
Educate Construction Site team on quality control issues and work with Project Managers Site Engineers to improve overall site safety and quality;
Create process checklists and coordinate quality inspections with managers engineers
Preparation of project quality plan, method statements, inspection Test plan.
Ensure that the client’s requirements & specification in regards to sequence of work is fully incorporated and carried out at the project site.
Conduct and administer quality inspections for all civil works at defined levels as/ when required.
Inspection of all materials delivered to the project site to ensure conformance to specified requirements with proper storage.
