Job Description
Very good knowledge in Audio Visual technologies like;
Microsoft teams / Skype / Other Audio Video solutions such as Logitech Dock/Rally
Polycom / Logitech / Barco / Professional displays / Extron / Crestron
Understanding of different kind of AV connectors on the table AV device such as Cubby
Very good trouble shooting on all above products and solutions
Very good technical and soft sills to manage customer support experience
Strong technical trouble shooting skills Desktop, Laptop, Tablets, Mobile phones and Printers
Strong command on Windows desktop and Mac operating system
Good tech support experience for Senior/ Executive level on Office 365 applications (Email, Skype, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint) and internal enterprise applications
Knowledge at least one Helpdesk Software like Sapphire /BMC remedy /Service now /Manage engine etc.
Knowledge of IT Asset management, barcoding, CMDB, and related database management
Performing daily checklist for selected executive hardware devices for software and patches updates, AV setup and conference room AV devices
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and assist users
Reporting and presentation skills using diagrams, graphs and charts etc., good skills on XLS and PPTs.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Candidate must be a team player, with ability to interface and communica
