Negotiation with Clients about mix design proposals
Conducting plant trials for mix design approval
Support Sales team with mix design preparation, negotiations and post-sales support
Proposing new ideas and cost saving initiative
Carry on special products (Value Added Products) sampling activities and work closely with contractors and applicators on mix design submittal, approvals and application
Involve in Customers’ complaints review as well as in action plan development and implementation
