Recruitment Specialist

Perform whole recruitment cycle from the point of vacancy requisition through to filling in that vacancy including advertising and short-listing CVs and applications, sourcing and making contact with candidates, receiving technical evaluation from Managers/Assessors, issuing Job Offer letters, etc..

Establish vacant positions with each Director/Department Head for manpower planning to identify current and future recruitment needs.
Create and update job descriptions for all technical and non-technical positions including the required person specifications and behavioral competencies.
Create and monitor job advertisements and advertise posts appropriately using a wide range of media including company internet website, newspapers, and external online job portals.
Co-ordinate the demobilization and allocation processes of the company staff from the completed projects to other new/ongoing projects.
Produce periodical reports on the recruitment activities.
