الوصف الوظيفي Position Title: Sports Arena Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A prominent group of companies based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in diverse industries such as premium brand retail, fashion, F&B;, And entertainment providing customers with the best visit experience Job Description: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a sports arena's entertainment, retail, and food and beverage (F&B;) areas. Balance the financial goals of the arena with the need to provide a high-quality customer experience. Attend meetings and communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, stakeholders, and suppliers regarding updates, challenges, sales and revenue data analyzation to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, including conducting regular inspections and monitoring staff adherence to procedures from hiring and training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff.
