To execute and deliver development projects from inception to completion, within time, to the required quality and within budget.
Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
Analytical mind and great organizational skills to delivery of large construction projects –Residential, Infrastructure and Mixed-use developments.
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
