Implementing Work plans, Process and Procedure. Coordinate with Production, Sales and Logistic officer for timely completion of order meeting delivery schedule. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Monitoring and maintaining safety stock level for semi-finished goods for adequate support of inventory levels to satisfy customer orders and stock levels. Scheduling shift according to production needs. Prepare and submit status and performance reports. Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning(MRP), Bill of Materials(BOM), Capacity Planning(CP) and Supply Chain Planning(SCP) and ERP software.
Achieve KPI's for production equipment , Preparing MIS reports . Maintaining safety work environment.
