"* A technical school diploma from an accredited college with three (3) years of experience or a recent graduate bachelor's degree.

* Must be knowledgeable in electricity and water meters. He has experience performing a variety of support services including accurate water / electricity meter reading & recording.

* have basic accounting skills and have experience in Microsoft Excel.

*experienced in Microsoft Office applications.

*familiar with tools, materials and methods used in the water and electricity industry. Work with partners and groups of individuals involved in hydro / electrical installations and operations.

*Must have basic knowledge of electrical systems equipment and devices. Must be fluent in English.
