Provide discipline team supervision on projects by directing project execution activities and discipline deliverable for several smaller projects.
Accountable for the safe/sustainable engineering, quality, cost and schedule delivery of all work by the Project Team and Completes Piping technical work for projects, as per schedule.
Technical experience and excellent people skills and make independent decisions and recommendations for several small independent projects
Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Above 15 years relevant work experience, 5 of which must be as a Lead design engineer in Oil and Gas industry.
Must have excellent computer skills and possess extensive skills in oral and written communication.
Diverse working experience in project management, conceptual and detailed design, and construction.
Discipline Work Plan (Scope, QA/QC, etc)
Knowledge of Interdisciplinary Work Processes/Interface/Deliverables
Preparation, Update and Maintain Project Schedule, CTRs, MDRs
Development of Work Breakdown Structure/Activities List
Thorough knowledge of oil field engineering (Green field/Brown fields) and construction methods including its practice and procedures.
Familiarity with codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to the design and construction of Various facilities
Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills
Possesses advanced computer skills.
Time management skills.
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
