HVAC Systems -
• Planning and coordinating an array of activities pertaining to installation of site equipments, supervision, commisioning and site surveying.
• Considerable knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment
• Thorough knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning systems
• Considerable knowledge of the design and operation of large HVAC equipment
• Ability to prioritize, plan, design, assign, coordinate and direct the work of HVAC Technicians and Team Leaders
• Coordinating skills to schedule work so the facility is not interrupted; maintain records of time and materials used on all jobs
• Ability to design smaller systems or design modifications to larger systems
• Analytical skills to diagnose HVAC problems; and to understand and work from blueprints, schematics, and other construction drawings
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with client representatives (being multi-lingual will be an advantage)
• Conduct a quality check of work in progress or upon completion to assure acceptability
• Oversee repair and replacement of faulty equipment, wiring and controls, and other components related to the HVAC systems
• Provide technical assistance to technicians when requested
