1- Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the HVAC products and services offered by the company. (We will provide an orientation to bring you up to speed)(Having knowledge about HVAC systems is preferred)

2- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition of the HVAC systems to potential clients. Tailor the presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.

3- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their requirements, address inquiries, and provide prompt follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

4- Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations. Work with the sales team to create compelling offers that align with customer needs and budget constraints.

5- Sales Negotiation: Engage in negotiation with potential clients to close deals. Understand customer objections and concerns, and offer suitable solutions to overcome them.

6- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.

7- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

8- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.

9- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with sales techniques, customer relationship management, and industry knowledge to improve sales effectiveness continually.
