The Logistic Supervisor will be involved in the overall day-to-day management of the division this includes supervision of registry's work, office support, procurement, maintenance of inventory, handling of supplies, works and services, he will also provide the inventory, organization, and careful supervise the transport of the materials and resources needed by Logistic & Inventory Unit.
Essential Functions:
Directly supervise the logistics operation in coordination with the third-party logistics provider (inbound, storage, outbound operations and sales return).
Supervising day to day processing of orders (pick-list editing and printing of invoices) keeping files, records and reports as prescribed.
Assisting the Unit head in creating periodic budgets and reports.
Maintaining Inter-section's archival and administrative files.
Coordinate all the activities of the Company in matters of providing logistics services to customers and internal and external units.
Propose systems improvements and effective quality standards
Monitor and supervise subordinates taking full responsibility to their development and training requirements.
Recommend cost cutting measures and efficient and effective ways to get the job done.
Train, develop and motivate subordinates.
Assist and support the Unit head in the undertaking of special projects and other task assigned.
Directly handles customer complaints and recommend solutions to the Unit Head.
