Perform expansion projects electrical works and modification works according to the
schedules and plans.
Report log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action
taken with full details, work achieved or in progress and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the equipments.
Attend malfunctioning or breakdown of instruments in the plant area.
Attend equipment malfunctioning or breakdown to ensure
Tel lines, RPL ACC lines, RPL Gamma line, RPL Forming, RPL Old machines, Binder,
Batch, Electrical Furnace, For hearth and Utility at targeted time efficiency in order to
achieve ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance System requirements
Perform planned and preventive maintenance as per Elec. Engineer and schedule
implemented by Electrical Foreman or Relief foreman without delay and 100% without
repeat job.
Perform the routine checking of all running equipment in the factory according to the
Electrical Maintenance procedure list in 2 and hours per shift, if needed.
Perform cleaning of DC motor filters in Tel line#1, RPL ACC Line and AC motor air
intakes in Tellines, Farming and RPL Old and ACC machines as per the list of motors, if
needed
Perform cleaning, Repairing and overhauling works of AC and DC motors of all
departments
Perform updating and familiarizing drawings according to the modification made.
Ensure proper tool using and safekeeping, cleanliness of work areas and equipments.
Ensure all the time safe working with all necessary safety guidelines.
Perform repairing and maintenance works of plant and office area lightings.
