Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clients, identifying client needs, and presenting appropriate product solutions.

Daily tasks include driving sales growth, assisting customers with technical inquiries, and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.

This role is a blend of technical expertise and aggressive business development, perfect for someone who understands the "how" behind the hardware and the "why" behind the sale.

As the bridge between our technical solutions and our clients' needs, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, cultivating long-term partnerships, and ensuring our CRM data reflects a healthy, growing pipeline.



Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC or Industrial Refrigeration industries.
Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, and HVAC control systems.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical specs into clear requirements.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutionsAbility to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using CRM software and related business tools is a plus
Experience in the refrigeration or home appliance industry is a plus
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits and industry events.
