1. Surveying quantities from the tender’s/project’s drawings.
2. Generate detailed BOQ from provided documents.
3. Review Client Invoices due to the constructed quantities on the site
4. Review subcontractors Invoices due to the constructed quantities on the site and comparing it to Client invoices.
5. Reports to the head of the department on changes in Contract Price resulting from change orders and actually executed quantities.
6. Review, monitor and advise the head of the department on all requests for additional payment including measurement, variations and claims.
7. forecasting the quantity of the different materials needed for the project to assist procurement department in preparing purchase orders.
8. Review the methods of measurement for all the project’s items
9. Checking, Evaluating and Monitoring All Quantity Surveying Works to make sure it was according to standards.
