The candidate shall have adequate exposure to Plant Controls, plan for Production schedules, and handled both Preventive and predictive maintenance strategy in Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument section. Candidate shall also possess good experience in handling Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation system and utilization of modern techniques for optimizing the cost of production and firsthand experience in using Alternate fuel in the plant. Knowledge on ERP systems like SAP shall be essential. As he will be managing the sections of Production Laboratory Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical maintenance Mechanical Workshop and Garage sections relevant experience in managing these sections are essential.

He shall be well versed in a senior position in the organization managing the following:
1. Plan for Production and operation schedules, ensure effective implementation, and will be responsible for achieving all the Technical KPI for the Plant.
2. Ensuring capacity utilization of all Production units and to guide for planning and scheduling the annual budget for Production Section.
3. Planning and implementation of shut down plan for kilns/mills with other Sections.
4. As the head of Technical Section shall keep the plant reliability higher by ensuring timely maintenance activities and follow OEM recommendations for all repairs and initiate spare part procurement plans
