1. Define scopes and technically assess the tender offers.
2. Administer Tender procedure which includes but not limited to review of Tender documents, preparation of Bill of Quantities, Invitation letters, Tender evaluation and recommendation, review and process Contract documents etc.
3. Contract administration in terms of making Contractual correspondences.
4. Prepare monthly / quarterly Progress reports identifying achievements and delays / problems with proposed corrective measures etc.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities that are closely related to the position, as assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
