Contributes to achieving store targets in line with the shop and brand business plan for beauty products.
Must have complete knowledge of all merchandise in the store to provide excellent customer maximize sales,retain existing customers and gain additional ones.
Ensure the health and safety procedures set by the management is carried out in the store. to keep the store in very good visual merchandise standards as per the Brand guidelines.
To provide & communicate all customer/merchandise quality feedback to SM/Supervisor for decision making process of the brand by the Brand Manager.
Ensure that suitable records of waccordancedertaken are kept in accord with company procedures and policies. And also to act as the company liaison with the customers.
