الوصف الوظيفي Designation: Senior Designer- Interiors The responsibilities of the design head include interpreting client briefs and turning them into creative solutions, delivering high – Quality products, overseeing design and troubleshooting design problems. Job Description: Planning and implementing the design to the company’s high standards. Preparing drawings schedules, door schedules and hardware schedules that will allow the coordination of the design process from initial concept design to on-site fitting. Liaising with the Project Manager and all other relevant Departments in regards to all design and engineering scheduling. Work closely with the assigned Quantity Surveyors/Procurement for specific projects. Supervising the production of prototypes and site work. Liaising with clients, consultants and various internal departments, and attending production design meetings. Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, sketches or specifications to the team, so that they may be drawn, fabricated, constructed, assembled and modified so as to be fit for purpose. To prepare and organize the detail catalogue at the commencement of the project. To prepare and execute ‘As Built’ drawings at completion of the project. To compile the O & M manual, prior to completion of the project. Coordinating the flow of information between sub-contractors. Supervising a team of CAD draughtsman and Designers, allocation of workload and ensuring team deliverables are met within required timeframes. Consistently keep abreast of market trends and construction methods Ensure company policy and procedures are maintained and implemented, whilst continuously seeking ways to improve, refine and modify procedures. المهارات We are looking for a creative, innovative design head to join our team. To be successful Design Head, you should be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver a great product and experience .Ultimately, a top- notch design head should have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills. Should also be able to independently manage clients and convert enquiries to sales. Education: Relevant Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Architecture or Design) Experience: 10-15 years Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 AED Qualifications: Relevant Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Architecture or Design) Must have at least 10-15 years interior fit out experience encompassing design, detailing, joinery and furniture installation. Possess the ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept design to project delivery.
