Coordinate with the hiring leads and candidates to schedule interviews
Conduct technical assessments and psychometric tests
Maintain up to date recruitment records on the ATS as well as maintain relevant recruitment related documentation
Coordinate with recruitment service providers. Review and maintain recruitment contracts and NDA’s.
Keep all the job descriptions up to date
Organize and arrange all required trainings as per the training needs analysis
Scheduling training and all inductions for new employees.
Conduct the HR Induction for all new joiners
Keep the training calendar and training records on the HRMS up to date
Maintain the following documentation: Training Attendance, Certificates, Cards, Training Feedback Form, Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
Employee recognition and long service programs coordination
Handle employee engagement initiatives including birthdays and work anniversary celebrations
Administering and maintaining employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status and documentation in timely manner.
Handle HR petty cash
