• Review and update drawings and protection/control philosophy documents for inclusion within the procedures
• Developing pre-operational, operational, start-up and test on completion procedures
• Develop, recommend and implement modifications as required to ensure safe operation of the power plant equipment
• Maintain systems change report database for all system modifications
• Conduct progress report meetings and review and adjust completion schedule
• Coordinate with Owner Engineer for the commissioning test plan and test compliance
• Prepare the test reports according to contract requirement
• Previous Mitsubishi gas turbine and Doosan steam turbine training and experience
• Experience with mechanical power plant system commissioning, start-up and operating experience with minimum of ten years combustion-turbine, simple/combined cycle power plant mechanical system commissioning, start-up operation experience
• Extensive permit to work and lock-out tag-out training and experience
• Extensive experience testing, tuning, calibrating, and troubleshooting mechanical, protection, and control systems
