• Ensure safe workplace & safe operation of each unit of Bin Yaber Group
• Manage, implement, verify and enhance the QHSE profile, culture, systems, behaviors and policies of Driving Institute & Vehicle Testing Center
• Carry out QHSE workplace inspections, check for QHSE Non-Conformances, take remedial actions & maintain closing records
• Prepare, Maintain & update records of Master list of documents, master list of PPE, master list of EEE, Master list of calibration equipment & records, First Aid & Firefighting equipment’s & records, Integrated Management system documents & records for internal & external Audits
• Prepare and maintain the QHSE, RTA, RTS Energy, Waste management performance & records
• Prepare, maintain & analyze all Departmental Objectives, KPI’s. RTA’s PRM related reports & submit to HR & QHSE Manager as & when required
• Review HSSEQ correspondence and maintain document control systems and Records
• Conduct QHSE trainings & HSE Induction to the new employees as per the Company requirements
• Ensure on-going compliance with relevant legislation such as the HSE Notices, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant QHSE legislation
• Coordinate for external audits and conduct internal QHSE audits ensuring non-conformances are closed out as per agreed timescales
• Report and analyze non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences frequently to analyze all accidents, incidents, near miss reports and non-conformances & report to management
• Provide advice on safe systems of work and Environment to comply with current and new QHSE Legislation, RTA & Statutory requirements
• Review Quality & HSE Committee Meeting minutes and provide Management responses
• Manage and evolve QHSE Management systems for Implementing and verifying compliance with the provisions of the HSE management systems across the Driving training & Vehicle testing operations
• Ensure effective implementation of the QHSEMS and continual improvement of the organizations’ performance
