Promotes the culture appropriate to the Agile Way of Working and is the figurehead of the associated behavior. The SM engages people by using clear communication, giving and receiving constructive feedback, understanding and simplifying complex issues, and contributing to the desired culture change.
Scrum Master are experts responsible for directing teams, ensuring that organization goals are attained, implementing and monitoring software development processes, and reporting to senior management. Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done; causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
and ensuring that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
