Visiting the sites work & attending meetings with the concern clients.
• To congregate monthly collection targets and without fail.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products and services.
• Provides technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Making the company services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
• To submit sales forecast accurately. Also to increase speed of working capital cycle.
• Coordinate with the estimation department, assess the work load sort out the tenders, classify them and advise of those to be priced.
• Follow up the enquiry and quoting process.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
