•Internal Audit of specified “High value” and “High Risk” claims with focus on Compliance and Revenue Optimization
•Should able to improve controllable loss revenue ratio.
•Internal management of retrospective audit outcomes as presented by the end-Audit team in relation to Compliance and Risk errors leading to Rejections, Denials, and Revenue Loss
•Case to case Insurance support in relation to High Value claim realization
•Support with site audits on new projects - Clinical Documentation, Coding, Compliance and Due Diligence
•Assist in creating feedback data as well as providing subject matter expertise through consultancy in patient access, coding, and billing related concepts to client and ACCUMED OPERATIONS TEAM
•Control attrition rates as per company standards
•Planning resources for new projects
•Create and discuss findings through visual and verbal reporting to the Director of RCM and
•External Stakeholders when instructed.
