- Manager eCommerce is required to design & develop strategy plan to penetrate well across all Marketplaces
and ensure brand growth from Own Webstore too.
- Identify and develop new online partnership.
- Managing activities related to online retailer relationships. These activities include product merchandising,
forecasting, onsite promotion management and site analytics.
- Manage product listings, stock level management, customer communications.
- Improve customer Service & user experience own website and other online delivery channels
- Drive Sales Performance of eCommerce platforms.
- Design & Manage promotional campaigns.
- Drive Customer Research to optimize ROI.
- Ability to analyze key online KPI’s such as traffic, conversion, UPT, VPT, NOT, etc. and providing analysis &
reporting on such key matrix.
