Talent Acquisition Lead

Main Job Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experience Recruitment Lead to join our rapidly expanding business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help scale up the business and have a big
impact in the Human Resources Department.
• Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Ensure that the processes in place are adequately streamlined to fulfill all the staffing
needs efficiently.
• Ensure adequate sourcing is performed to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Oversee all candidate communication.
• Plan and ensure recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) are
conducted on time.
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other relevant events to
increase the candidate pool size.
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience. Guide interviewers on improving
their interviewing styles wherever required.
• Prepare hiring dashboards, pipeline reports and communicate to the leadership team
regularly.
Requirements for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree from a top institution
At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience from a top-tier company, either externally or in-house
At least 1 year of experience with graduate and/or technical recruitment
Extremely high emotional intelligence
A great sense of integrity
Great attention to detail
