1.Directs and develops operations work flows, processes and job responsibilities to ensure effective management of the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading and shipping of products to customers.
2. Records and reports all stock counts.
3. Proactively escalates issues and non – compliance leading to a reduction or significant breakdown in customer satisfaction levels to the Management.
4. Ensures that store schedules reflect a store staffing model that meets customer needs
5.Order Fulfillment to all Internal and External Customer (Boutiques/Cafes/ B2B/ Export/Franchises)
6.Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulation.
7.Monitor/ Manage order fulfillment (deliveries), procurement, reporting, Key Performance Indicators, accounts logistics and customer experience at the warehouse level.
8.Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
9. Manage Fulfilment center activities: Picking, QC, Packing, Shipping etc. Maintain health and safety standards within area and promote a positive health and safety culture on site.
