General Manager - Sales

Manages sales targets and India sales team for UAE business
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Assists in the development of the sales plan and reports on sales activity and manage a regular forecast
Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Establish the lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Ensure effective sales processes and team performance
Partner with Customer Excellence, Product and other cross-functional teams to drive success and prioritize initiatives.
What are the credentials we would like for our applicants to have?
Top B-school graduate with consulting and start-up experience
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Strong business sense and have a good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors.
