- Provide approval for all special cases and high risk policies

- Work with underwriters to ensure all risk is identified and included in premium calculation

- Conduct research and analysis for competitor rates within the market

- Handle all escalated customer care cases with underwriting policies

- Correspond with direct clients to increase business portfolio

- Communicate and correspond with other insurance for all underwriting issues

- Keep up to date with all market changes in regulations and rules concerning motor rates

- Supervise all staff policies and conduct spot checks to ensure proper procedures are being followed

- Provide underwriting and customer service support to all Business Development Executives in branches

- Preparing quotations for MMI , TPL, PI, CAR ,PAR ,CPM and Workmen Compensation.
