Candidate must provide competitive estimates for Joinery supply and Fit-Out works, calculate all preliminary costs and present full tender (including bill of materials) ensuring all risks and areas of concern are noticeably highlighted.
Candidate must coordinate with suppliers of materials and subcontractors for obtaining quotations and get the best rate from them.
Candidate must prepare cost plan budget allocation reports by displaying numerical descriptive information as well as preparing accurate raw material requirements.
Candidate must have strong joinery background, attend meetings for all tender clarifications, have good negotiation skills, local knowledge of suppliers and subcontractors and a good understanding of materials and manufacturing process.
Candidate must prepare and issue job order post-approval and perform all additional tasks pertaining to the job as per company requirement.
Candidate must have a minimum experience of 3 years
Candidate must have a working knowledge of MS-Office
