• Executes preventive & corrective maintenance accordingly to the instruction given by the Supervisor with full compliance to SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations
• Usage of suitable PPE for work safety; fencing/cover/door opened for any work/reason must be closed immediately after completion of the task before the machine is turned live
• Carries out periodical checks/maintenance inspections stating on the check list
• Understanding all Electrical / Mechanical Components in the System , fault analysis & troubleshooting
• Familiarization of all the Electrical drawing in the Panel & understanding electrical connections.
• Ensure means of communications through Radio is available all the time and remain in close communication with the supervisor and other staff
• Analyze and seeks for continuous improvements on the field
• Takes charge of the tools required for the shift’s job task and ensure their proper usage and maintenance
• Adheres all safety rules, regulations and take appropriate precautions at all times during working hours
• Safety: Will be responsible / accountable to follow occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality as stipulated in OHSMS P03, Project HSSE Plan section 4.
