- Develop the Social Media Marketing strategy.
- Implementing best practices from global real estate developers, and customizing for the local markets.
- Build and manage the Social Media plans utilizing internal resources such as Creative, Digital Marketing, Sales and Community Management.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver an always-on Social Media plan driving positive engagement and brand recognition for the company’s corporate brand and its projects.
- Contribute to the business by providing data-driven insights and intelligence reports.
- Deliver strategic and tactical plans in close partnership with Marketing and Sales.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
