1. Prepare and maintain the month end schedule and manage the monthly and yearly accrual.
2. Passing of necessary monthly entries in Oracle for preparation of monthly reports.
3. Prepare bank reconciliations, including and not limited to check for receipt in the accounts, and the payments to vendors.
4. Execute vendor settlements, ensuring the processing of vendor payments as per agreed terms.
5. Execute credit disbursement, collection and reconciliation.
6. Maintain Intercompany balances file to ensure proper reconciliation and eliminations
7. Asist in preparation and submission of an annual budget and re-forecast
8. Booking account payables invoices.
9. Assist in preparation of Monthly flash and management reports.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
