Brief/Scope: • This is a key position of the strategic role that requires working closely with all cross-functional teams to create synergy and value chain through the process & business excellence stream. Responsible for the delivery of all major pillars of the Process Excellence program such as Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, and drive sustainable Change Management methodology and Capability Building across Sharaf Retail to achieve operational efficiency & cost optimization. • This role will interface regularly with agile squads working across the Organization. Prioritize deadlines as per the business needs and influence stakeholder and process owner to implement process improvement along with quantifying cost or time efficiency. • Propose and influence process improvement methodologies across all functions & driving the implementation of large-scale digital transformational projects.
Responsibilities/Deliverables: • Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve process cycle time, resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction. • Analyze all aspects of the business and provide insights on improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction in day-to-day operations across Sharaf retail. (Process Decomposition / Define Failure Scenarios / Fail safe limits & Extent of risk mitigation through cross functional balancing). • Conduct workshop on process discovery to key stakeholder of the organization and quantify the process improvement initiatives. • Act as the coach & responsible for facilitating and guiding the team using agile tools to improve efficiency. • Prioritize targeted process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving another improvement objectives. • Lean Maturity Model implementation – Model operations facility establishment through 5S and visual management implementation, establish productivity and
throughput metrics, foster people Capability Development through Kaizen Programs, and create seamless networking for sharing of best practices. • Create and establish cost metrics in operations, awareness, and improvement across all the functions. • Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation & automation solutions. Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward while managing Stakeholder alignment & management • Proof & stress testing process to evaluate fungibility & Scale across business scenarios. • Work seamlessly with digital transformation & Automation team to re-engineer Business workflows.
