1. Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience within commercial interior industry consistently achieving sales target
2. Deep knowledge of interior designing and the ability to independently engage with clients to understand requirements and make design pitches
3. Strong client relationship management; written and oral communication skills; negotiation and interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of preparing commercials
4. Ability to promptly collect all payments
5. Proven track record of independently growing market share and own client portfolio, including prominent consultants.
6. Knowledge of design, furniture and technical implementation.
