· Responsible for developing End Clients, establishes relationship with Education/Hospitality Segment at all organization levels including Senior Executives.

· Understand requirement of end users and help them to achieve their goals through TP-Link B2B solution. Develop business relationship with new partners by regular visit, identify opportunity position key selling pointers of TP-Link B2B solution.

· Strategic thinker and can formulate and present technology choices for the customer that will expand our presence and margin, optimizing the profitability of the account—both now and in the future.

· You are an excellent communicator and can influence the decision-making of customer executives through describing the value of our short and mid-term solutions and their relevance to the customer's priorities.

· Responsible for generating sales reports and pipeline tracking on regular intervals and ensure sales forecast accuracy to BDM.

· Ability to manage independent negotiations with customers, within given guidelines and sales plan.

· Support on demand/lead generation through support and interaction with segment specific local specifiers

· Developing new leads, building relationships with new customers and improve the relationship with existing customers.

· Full engagement with TP-Link Partners business managers’ team.

· Achieves assigned quota for TP-Link B2B Products portfolio.
